- Maricopa County, Arizona includes Pheonix
- Harris County, Texas includes Houston
- Riverside County, California includes Riverside and Moreno Valley
- Los Angeles County, California includes Los Angeles
- Clark County, Nevada includes Las Vegas and Henderson
- San Bernardino County, California includes San Bernardino, Rancho Cucamonga, Victorville and Hisperia
- Tarrant County, Texas includes Forth Worth
- Collin County, Texas includes McKinney
- Gwinnett County, Georgia includes Atlanta
- Will, Illinois includes Chicago
